Unlike many personality tests, there is no perfect result or DiSC style. Each person has a unique behavioral profile with different styles and priorities—no one style better or worse than the next. We believe that these differences in style can be extremely valuable. Once you assess these differences and harness their value, better workplace communication AND healthier organizations become possible.

How it works

The Process

Participants complete an online series of questions. The platform uses adaptive questioning which gives greater accuracy. The assessment asks participants to respond to statements on a five-point ordered response scale, indicating how much they agree with each statement. On completion the report is generated.

History

DiSC has a long-standing history rooted in psychology and research. Since the 1920s, the DiSC model has evolved and expanded into a multi-faceted learning solution designed to deliver personalized insights that foster engagement and collaboration in today’s ever-changing workplace.
